Often times for night shoots a Nightsun searchlight is installed for special circumstances relating to picture. The Nightsun searchlight is remotely operated by an independent operator who is in the cockpit during filming.

This rope ladder was used for the TV movie 'Underfunded' it attaches to a specialized sling system called the Belly band which is a dual attachment system designed to be fail safe as it is attached to the airframe in flight as well as the helicopters hook.
